Guest guest
Hi, I have also decided that I want to try it. I am very petite 5'2 and 90lbs .. Would I need the full dose? Is it better to start with half a dose and work your way up in case you need it?  Pamela Castro Carcelen ________________________________ To: mscured Sent: Thu, May 26, 2011 10:57:29 AM Subject: Re: was timing for relapses~now Prokarin  I hope you do try it Tim. I had to experiment with it to get the right dose. Don't think that it won't work if you feel bad with a whole disc. Use less before you go all out or use more and work your way down until you see positive results. It has worked for too many people to discount it's ineffectiveness. > > > > > > I need to add that I only use 1/4 of a disc because I was having a stronger >reaction than I desired from a higer dose. Guest guest
I walked 6 miles the other day divided into two walks. I haven't ever done that before. I still have ms issues, but its improving. My body wears down off and on still due to the batches of prokarin overheating according to elaine. I am not sure which box is which so the effect is a bit inconsistent. I also have to play with the dose. For me I think I need to increase it as it wears off. Elaine says that is one sign I need more of it. This month I had my period and it was the first month my symptoms were dramatically decreased. It was decreased so much I could continue walking during it. Normally I can barely walk when it happens. The medication packet says to start with 1/4 to 1/2 a disc. I just got the book that elaine wrote and it totally makes sense about the meds. It has lots of great info. on the medications on the market and how the data behind them is messed up. They don't have proof according to some of the info. she quotes that they work. The book is very well written. It also talks about the medicare reimbursement system and how it works. . . Lots of detail about how the prokarin helps the body to make other things the body needs to function. I purchased it from amazon. So far it is the best book I have ever read on MS. ________________________________ To: mscured Sent: Thu, May 26, 2011 8:29:38 AM Subject: Re: Re: Prokarin dose Hi, I have also decided that I want to try it. Guest guest
I never used to walk that much in my younger years. It feels like walking or different workouts are retraining my body to move. Its making the neuron relearn the simple process of moving again. So I try my hardest to keep doing a variety of workouts each day. That is why I try to rotate with kettlebells, resistance bands, walking, yoga, and barre workouts. I am teaching my body to move. I keep it up no matter how hard it is. I make myself move. Yes, and she totally explains the corruption. I experienced this when I was in college as a student lots of issues that she writes about. Its interesting that the vaccines made her sicker also like me. ________________________________ To: mscured Sent: Thu, May 26, 2011 10:20:03 AM Subject: Re: Prokarin dose I didn't walk that much when I had the opportunity! Guest guest
Nobody in my family has it as far back as people can remember. I got it from the hepititis A and B vaccines. That is when my symptoms appeared. Montel noticed it after he got vaccinated too, but he says who knows if that caused it or triggered it. Elaine had ms but got worse with a vaccine. Her symptoms increased and she went downhill afterwards. They don't know what causes it. I like how elaine in her book wrote about the med companies had medications that were unsuccessful for other diseases such as cancer were tried on people with ms and is now considered the standard treatment. They don't have proof according to her that the meds work. She says the normal progression of the disease is to have flare off and on then to go to a steady decline. Which is no different from the claims of the med company. It goes on and on in the book. She also asks other questions that really triggered lots of though about ms. They don't know what causes it. Her though of eliminating the symptoms works for me. My symptoms are not totally gone ever. I always have lingering feelings of it. I fell really bad twice last week. One was just because the ground was wet and my birkenstocks with not much treads wasn't enough to keep me up. One was a MS fall as my leg buckled. I looked banged up with scratches, invisible bruises (I don't bruise easily) and painful areas. It was my good leg. I don't fall often but it was a very hard spill. I think the improvement will be gradual and continue over time as I haven't been able to walk as far as I did on that day. I fell on the second walk, which is reasonable due to I was already tired. My husband wanted to walk again and I pushed myself. My lingering fatigue is from overdoing it. Elaine says we will improve more eventually. She says not to over stress oneself like I did. Sigh. Sometimes it hard to stop pressing on. ________________________________ To: mscured Sent: Fri, May 27, 2011 5:58:29 AM Subject: Re: Prokarin dose Joy, I tried Prokarin because of your success. I've known about Prokarin for many years but no one here talked about it recently and I forgot about it thinking it wasn't a valid treatment and by getting on the " healing " bandwagon. If MS is hereditary, which some claim, how do you heal it? I'll take symptom eradication any day! Thank you for sharing your experiences. > > You can also purchase it here. http://www.msprokarinstory.com/ her videos are > here. http://www.msprokarinstory.com/news1.html
Guest guest
I think this situation will change in the next few months from the rumours that I've heard and the expressions of interest from Dr.s that I've spoken to. It happens all the time.
