Guest guest
If you have to lose control one time a day, make it morning or lunch where you are active and able to do some exercise " movement " to work away the bad. The worst thing is to lose control at night and sleep on all the calories because then your body's only choice is to store them. a

It did not take me long to adjust to eating a larger meal at lunch, then only a salad with protein or something lower carb for dinner. I stopped eating a larger dinner because I did not want to exercise after eating dinner. Usually after eating lunch, I'm out shopping, doing yardwork, housework, etc. That keeps my bg's normal. hugs Eunice
Guest guest
Dear Jany: OK, let's see if I get this straight -- you're good with your diet during the day, but as night falls, nothing in the fridge or pantry is safe! Polonsky ( " Diabetes Burnout " ) called it the " werewolf syndrome. " Gotta ask you to read over that book for yourself -- I skipped the food chapters to go directly to " The Diabetes Police. " SD public library has a copy, should be available in a couple of days as I just returned it! Leone, rleone@... " Only you can prevent long sig files.
