Im a littler tired on 100mg a day now and was wonder how much of a difference upping it too 150mg a day was going to change my systems. How come your not taking 100mg x 2 a day? it might help with the fatigue? Not sure but I split mine up twice a day. She looked it up in a little reference guide right in front of me, and read aloud to me that the maximum dosage is 400 mg. daily and said she had never heard of anybody taking that high of a dose. You should not stop it without your doctor telling you.
