Guest guest
I bought myself a Rio MP3 player to jog with when i reached a certain goal. Discussion Topic: Rewarding yourself Does anyone go out and buy themselves or do something small to reward themselves when reaching a goal? I know the loss in the weight itself and being able to fit in smaller clothes are both the biggest rewards, amongst feeling healthier or hearing others comments, but I mean other than that? Like something to pat yourself on the back and say I am doing a good job or maybe someone else rewards you and gives you positive reinforcement in some way. What do you do to reward yourself?Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. Guest guest
Its a very small walkman that you can down load music onto from the internet. I love it. i just put all my favorite songs on it and go. I got the sport edition so it also has an FM tuner, stopwatch and some other gadgets on it. It is smaller than my palm and I wear it on my arm. I looked for the one I wanted at best buy $149 then I bought it new off of ebay $69. This is the one I got. I love it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem & category=75453 & item=5736076745 & rd=
Guest guest
When I hit my next goal weight, 125, I intend to buy myself an african violet plant for my kitchen window. Maybe two. -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@...
