Guest guest
I eat the sugar free tums everyday and once in awhile when I want something sweet I eat a viactive. I thought Sue said that was sufficient at the last meeting I went to. Guest guest
Kim I've been doing Viactivs but think I'll try the Citracal .. can you get that at Walmart? Lyssa
Guest guest
My nutritionist recommended taking two viactiv chews or 3 extra strength tums daily. I opted for the chews that come in caramel and chocolate. They taste pretty good and they fill the need for something sweet! Guest guest
Dawn, May I ask you if you have to cut or crush the Caltrate Pill after surgery. I take it now preoperatively, and I am wondering about that pill size-wise and a few other meds I take whether they will go down or cause a problem? Dr. Thayer's office suggested that I talk with my pharmacist about my meds to see which ones can be crushed or changed to liquid form which is palatable. Also, some pills are absorbed by the stomach as they go along through, so I don't know what happens after surgery. I think right now this is my biggest worry - being able to still take my medicines. Any advice, guys? Sara (Sally) Dawn wrote: > I take Caltrate 600+D...WHEN I remember it.
