Guest guest
I realize grapefruit is a fruit and no fruits during phase 1. However, grapefruit has always been known to be very diet friendly. I suppose not if you pile it with sugar, but not everyone does. I'm having major problems with the no fruit thing. I am a fruit lover. Anyone else have similar problems?TIA Prayer Advocate A Christian is a human, just like you. They breathe, eat, walk and talk, and make mistakes. If they were perfect, they wouldn't need Jesus. http://stores.ebay.com/yarntalessaletique
Guest guest
I had a major problem with the no fruit as well, but now I'm halfway through my first week and the cravings for that are GONE!! I couldn't believe it. This morning I gave my toddlers oatmeal and mixed in peaches and strawberries, and didn't think even for a second about having even one piece! Normally, I LOVE fruit and would have a big bowl of that myself, esp. strawberries. But today that craving was just gone. Yesterday I wanted my son's peaches so bad I licked my fingers after putting the last one in his mouth, but today I just washed my hands and didn't think about it. I was very amazed. I still can't wait to eat fruit again, esp. fruit yogurt, but it's not a big craving anymore.
