I read somewhere, Dr. Phil I think (yes, told you guys that I look at most of these new 'diets') that once you go down a size you should give away all your old clothes of that size right away, because if not you are admitting that you will go back there someday. I see the thinking in this, but have not been able to get myself to do it. Has anyone else done this? Granted my weight doesn't fluctuate through many sizes, which might be part of the problem, but still. If I would have done that summer of last year when I thought of giving them away, I'd have nothing to wear now, not that I ever thought I would be wearing them again.

Terri keep those 24's, in two weeks they'll fit wonderfully. And hopefully in another two weeks they will be history and you'll be shopping for those 22's.

I only had 30 lbs to lose and I couldn't believe how fast it came off. Every time I turned around I was getting rid of clothes, because they were so loose.

You're doing a great job, keep up the good work.
