Dear Dawn

you must enlighten me. You said to Debbie that what she was

greatly worded and you asked me to listen but I'm afraid I missed what it

was. Sorry but I have been such a scatterbrain.

Hey Debbie,

You are absolutely right about me feeling proud of myself but as

you may know, it takes a long time to realize it. Actually, it was somebody

on the net that pointed it out to me. It dawned (excuse the pun) on me that

not only have I lost 40 pounds since may but I have also given up smoking.

God, my nerves are shot! LOL. But the self-esteem issue still hangs around

like a bad penny. It is something I am working on though. Thanks for your

wonderful letter I honestly appreciate it.

Hey Norma

I will do that. I'm making a list and I'm going to ask my darling

wife to e-mail both lists. You people are so wonderful. I don't know any

other way to show it. By the way, I love Bradford and I am literally fifteen

minutes away. So like I said, I will let you know. (I love to type)

To be honest, I went into the hospital in May because I literally

could not breathe. I had fluid on my lungs and heart and they kept me for

nine days. So I kind of went down kicking and screaming with the smoking. It

has been tough I can tell you but I had what they call an event so as much

stress that I have been under, there is something making not go back. Of

course, not being able to breathe will do that to you. I still want one but

it passes real quick and frankly I'm glad I stopped because I really do feel

better. By the way, I used the patch in the hospital because I threatened to

beat up a doctor until I got one. Just kidding. But one day I literally

forgot to put it on and I haven't worn one since. It's a huge mind game but

you really should try it. Like I said, I'm still out of breath because of my

weight, but now if I pause I can catch it whereas before I couldn't Good luck.

Ok now Donny boy! I moved here from Methuen! I used to live on Oak St., as

well as Ford St., and Central St! What a freaking small world!

Dawn, the cool one ;)

Re: Re: re hello

Ain't

Dawn-

Well if they talk about a strict, but caring teacher - that's her! LOL

She's going to retire after this year. She's been teaching for over 30 years

and I think it's time. She may have had you if you went to Methuen East

Middle (the old name for the school)

I grew up in Lawrence...I had delinquents for teachers who I could teach

better than them teaching me! :)

Hello Dawn

Like the comedian used to say. " It's a small world

but I wouldn't want to paint it. "

Jenn,

Your grandmother wouldn't have had me in the 70's, but the school nurse at

LHS sure saw me a lot! I tried to get out of classes, sore throats, fake

fevers, cramps..whatever worked for the moment! :)

My wife Carla is 14 months post op and down 120 pounds. We showed her pre-op
