Guest guest Posted June 7, 1999 Report Share Posted June 7, 1999 Well, I didn't want to copy Nicolle completely, besides, I didn't have any cant. *lol*.....so, I used a half ounce of Intercontinental " Rain " , it smells nice and I figure, if it turns lavender like china rain, who cares, it would just be prettier, although my china rain turned peach. Rhonda has seen my lettuce soap that also turned peach, it's a mystery to me. If anyone wants peach soap, I'll make it and send it to you. I can't seem to NOT make peach soap. My mens one is fine, nice and creamy white, I've done others like the Calendula and it's fine, it's just once in a while, more so lately, these soaps turn our peach. Really strange. I made China rain from the same recipe (Sandy Maine), the same spouts, same bottle of China Rain from Leber. One turned tan, the other turned Peach, so go figure. It's like I have the magic fingers for peach. It's a surprise to push it out of a spout and see peach when you haven't put a drop of color and....have scrubbed the bejeebers out of the spout so *shrugging shoulders* who knows.
