Guest guest
I have a question for you about Saliva Testing. I was wondering if a person has different sleep pattern than " normal " how that might affect lab results from a salivia test. For example: I have been a night owl for years. I normally don't fall asleep until about midnight, usually about 12:30 . I don't get up (except a quick bladder break) until about 10:30 in the morning. I was wondering if a person had slept like this for years (30 +) if that would put their cortisol rhythm untill a different pattern than someone who would go to sleep much earlier and wake up much earlier. Do you think that could have skewed my saliva test since I did follow the labs schedule below. 8 AM Noon 4 PM 10 Pm . Thanks
