That particular person didn't like Valium because it made her too tired the rest of the day. I would have to add that wasn't a problem for me and if it were, I'd just put up with it, making certain that someone was with me to take me home. It was a blessed relief to have the Valium. I even joked that they could have shown movies inside the tube. If Valium bothers you, however, I'm sure that there are other relaxants that people could take.
