When it comes to your business the public does not " care " what goes on in

your personal life. When you offer services or product to the public you

have to fulfill your obligation. It is unfortunate I know but that's the way

it is. What I am saying may seem cold and unfeeling but it's the real world.

I've had a similar experience and the consumer wanted their product not an

excuse.
