Yikes--too much garbage in emails

Hi,

I know it has been mentioned before, but PLEASE try and *minimize* the amount of information in your post. I am NOT talking about your comments or thoughts (I want those!) but the countless lines of information that are from a previous post that was pasted in or someone else's entire post. I am on digest and am swimming in 6 digests where almost half the text in the messages is extraneous. I am skimming through to find the real stuff but it can get really hard to sort through.

HELP!
