Hi Terri. Welcome. Your goal of moving to diet pop is a good one. Maybe somedays you could incorporate just some water into that too as well? Good luck!

Thank you for the welcome back Theresa. :) I so look forward to being back on the beach, loosing the weight and getting my blood chemistry back in line. I think that once I get back on the Beach, I'll feel much better and less tired all the time. I also think that between that, and the possibility of me going from night shift to day shift after the new year on my job will start helping out with it as well. I'm a caregiver. At night, the job that I have is mostly sitting. During the day, I run constaintly. Here's hoping. > I wasn't on the list when you were before...but welcome back!> > Theresa> > > > __________________________________________________>

Hi Terri, welcome back. Good luck, you know you can do this!!! Kim G.

Hi there

I'm Terri and was apart of this list awhile back and on the beach. My husband and I moved in May and with the stress of the move and everything, I fell off the beach. I went to the Doctor Friday and found out that my Trygicerides were at 301 and they did a blood test that got an average of what my blood suger was for the past 3 months and it was borderline. She confirmed that I was pre-diabetic(Insulin Resistant), has me on glucophoge 2x a day and back on the beach. I know that I should start RIGHT now, but I'm going to start officially Jan. 1st 2005. Right now I'm going to wean myself off my Dr. Pepper and onto diet Dr. Pepper for the next 10 days. Here I am. I go back to her in 3 months to get more bloodwork and see how I'm doing. I hope that I can contribute as well as get support here. Keep up the great work.
