Hi all,

I am looking for a recipe that will help in aiding arthritis, something

that I can use emu oil in. I went to the Doctors the other day to find out

that my lower disk has done a 180 on me along with my spine, my Dr. says I am

twisted. (lol). Also with finding that out I was also diagnosed with

arthritis setting in on both arms from shoulder to finger tips, and the same

with my legs from hip to toes. Well, I will be taking Glucosamine Complex to

help for now, but I would love to make a nice ointment to use also thru the

winter months. If you have a recipe and would rather not share on the list

please email me privately if you ask me not to share with others then I will

not.

OK, I have been putting this announcement off for a while now, but I think it

is time to say it before it is too late. As most of you know I have a biz

online called Spirit in the Water, I have displayed all products that I

create and also a small line of soapmaking supplies. After December 31, 1999,

my soapmaking supplies will no longer be available for sale on my site. I got

in this biz by myself and I run it alone. With all my soaps, and other

products taking off as well as they have, I just cannot do the supply orders

too. I have no one around here to help me with the 5 gal. buckets etc...

Now with my medical problems, this is the best thing for me to do.

Well, there it has been said. I do want to send out my gratitude to those of

you that have kept Spirit in the Water, above the water. Hey you never know I

may reopen the supply shop again in the near future.

Sorry you may see this posted more than once for I am on many lists.
