Guest guest
Yes you use the sweetener that is measureable, same as sugar. Splenda has one, and so does Equal. Splenda tends to be expensive here, so I use the Equal. The only one I don't like is the Sugar Twin. It's really cheap, but the after-taste is awful. SLynette Chapman wrote: Thanks!!! What do I use for the sweetener? All I have is sweet and low packets, do I use that Splenda that I see advertised on TV? Lynette lisa schebel wrote: Hi Lynette and welcome to the group. I read the book a long time ago and finally decided to start it last week. I was 142 pounds on Tuesday and I weighed myself on Friday and was about 138. Now, I didn't eat that well during the last weekend so I don't know how much I weigh now. I am 27 and a Realtor from Wichita, KS. I am excited about this diet and about the group. I live w/my boyfriend who is not on the diet. But if I cook, he may actually eat it. When I am busy at work it is hard for me to cook but I am going to start trying. I am very interested in hearing about quick meals and snacks. It is nice to be here! Lynette Do you Yahoo!?Yahoo! Mail - Easier than ever with enhanced search. Learn more.
