I mean if the move in Early Intervention services is home-based and you can find some therapists willing to learn the program, why can't parents get a few months of intensive physical therapy which can then be gradually weaned into what is considered normal practice here (typically homebased PT is 2x/week in the natural or home environment). Clearly, it wold require recruiting therapists and working with a specific provider as well as making a case to your county Early Intervention or Part C program.
