I know it is good to use with eucalyptus and lavender if one has trouble sleeping...in a vaporizer when congested...used to use it on hubby. I think then it is anti-bacterial...I have used it in water/essential oil combo to freshen scent of rooms...tea tree, eucalyptus. Amazing what essential oils can do!
