Guest guest
Hi, GRANDMOM BEV, glad to hear that all of your grandkids, with and without CF, have loved the tramp for exercise. We found a small one at Sears for just about $25.00, not bad at all. Ken set it up tonight and the kids LOVED it. My older one (without CF) managed to get herself out of breath in just a few minutes she jumped so much. Now that's some good aerobic exercise! Heck, Ken and I should take turns doing some jumps after the kids are in bed to ward off the fatty asses tendency of middle age ;-) Anyway, it's going to be so nice having something to use even in cold or rainy weather to keep Meagan active and shaking that mucus out. bye, , mom of Meagan 5 (cf, asthma) and Kailin 7 (asthma)

My patio has an old one and the kids come in and as they all go to the patio..(to be away from " us adults " when they first get together(for the ones who live out of Orlando).that's what they do ....sit around the big table and take turns jumping----one at a time.as they munch on snacks and catch up on each others " stuff " You and KEn should get on.Not to do any tricks:):) , just jumping. It is easier on joints, knees, and VERY good for the heart.....
