high vitamin cod liver oil

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why Blue Ice is considered a high

vitamin clo? When we were comparing it will other Clo's it seems the blue ice

had less vitamin D then other brands. I've been reading about how we need so

much more Vitamin D then thought before... so I'm trying to figure out how to

get it into my family. Some clo's are higher in the D but lower in A. I'm

pretty confused!

Also... last year (2008) for Christmas I gave both of my brothers Blue Ice Clo.

This year I discovered the bottle he opened last year and took one dose out of

in his refrigerator. Would that be safe for me to take home and use since he

apparently isn't going to?
