Hi ,

I'd love to hear your doggie walk reports !

I log all my walks here... it's fun to see the miles add up and the pounds

come down on their graphs.

I started with a single 20 minute walk each day - and struggled to get home

each day I did it - at first. But now I'm up to 18 miles a week - and

loving it ! And my dogs love me even more !
