, how long has it taken you to lose your 30 pounds? Have you followed SB to a tee? Just wondering. Kim G.

Re: Re: And even better...

Terri keep those 24's, in two weeks they'll fit wonderfully. And hopefully in another two weeks they will be history and you'll be shopping for those 22's.

I only had 30 lbs to lose and I couldn't believe how fast it came off. Every time I turned around I was getting rid of clothes, because they were so loose.

You're doing a great job, keep up the good work.

Congratulations Theresa. That's so exciting. I'm in a 24 right now as well. Their a tad bit tight but they fit. I'm hoping that they'll loosen up after the first two weeks. I really don't want to go out and buy 26's just to only wear them for a month. LOLTerri B.> I've been putting off shopping for new jeans for a long time now, and haven't bought any since I lost the weight exercising. But after my time on the beach I found that my pants were so huge I was afraid of losing them at the party, let alone that my husband commented they made me look twice the size i actually am, yes that big. So, I went shopping yesterday and bought a new pair. I was wearing a 24, now a 22. The 22 is a bit! big, but the 20 was a bit tight. I'd rather loose than tight any day...I enjoy breathing!! But just a little more and I'll be buying the 20. At the party, everyone was telling me how good I looked, asking how much I lsot and how I did it. It felt great, those new jeans actually fitting my thighs was an old feeling I had forgotten. After two more weeks on phase one I"m going to get the 20. I was in a 12/14 before I had my kids and that is where I want to be again by summer. > > Also I got this shirt out from the back of my closet, one I wore before the kids and always felt sexy. My husband loved it, and I want to wear it again in the summer. Have to get back to a size 12 though, but I know I can do it. I'm going to hang this shirt on my wall!> > Theresa> > > > __________________________________________________>

I hear ya about the exercise . I have not started yet, but I asked for one of those exercise balls for Christmas and also the SB diet cookbook. I am on the last 2 days of phase 2 and so far have lost 9 pounds, but I have seen things I am doing wrong.....like using the wrong splenda, the one mixed with sugar.....talk about some bad label reading there.....anyway live and learn. Best of luck with your last 5. Cannot wait to say I have 5 more to go!! Kim G.
