OMG Jane! I was sitting here when I read " you're cracking my socks "

and I looked down at my feet, and sure enough, my socks looked badly

cracked! Then I realized, I'm not wearing any! Think it's time for

me to get out the lotion?? ; ) I love the visuals you create for

me, they make me smile! I really think we're on to something with

that hairy potty thing. We could make it with faux fur and put gentle

heating elements around the seat. We could put some arms on it, and

maybe even a recliner footrest. Better add a seatbelt, too, or I will

definitely doze off and fall over!

Now, about the creature next door. Uughhh. I was outside trying to

get something done about my poor little neglected garden today. She

spotted me, and came over to the fence, and proceeded to pester me

about the usual ALL BLOODY AFTERNOON! I can't believe this actually

came out of my mouth, but at one point I told her that if she didn't

leave me alone I was going over there and kick her aspidistra for

her! It didn't even register with her... Monday I am going to have

my attorney give her a call and explain to her the consequences of

harrassment. Maybe if she hears it from an attorney it'll carry

enough weight that she'll get the point. If that fails, much as I

hate to, I'll have to get a cease and desist order from a judge. I

can't take much more of this. I can't even go outside without having

her after me. I've met all kinds of people in my 50 years, but never

one quite like her...wow.

I hope all is good enough with you to be comfortable and you are doing

well tonight! It's been about 20 years since I was last in Eureka. I

remember listening on my papa's small transistor radio, to a man

broadcasting from the beach near Eureka when the tidal wave hit back

in the 60's. He was telling about what it looked like as it hit the

beach, then the broadcast stopped mid-sentence...total silence. I've

always hoped that it was only because he had enough sense to quit

broadcasting and RUN.
