If you get a Probiotic to take (good bacteria) and don't eat anything with corn syrup, glucose, fructose, high fructose corn syrup etc (which the bad bacteria feed on)...then your symptoms might improve. Also eating yogurt with live cultures is helpful (of course it must be GF yogurt). Liz>> I know this was in answer to someone else's posts but I'm glad you mentioned the Probiotic- I am trying to find out more about this as it wasn't ever mentioned by any of my doctors but last week when I checked out a new to me, health food store, the owners highly recommended this. They have a section of foods marked Gluten-Free for Celiacs and also a book display for Natural Remedies that lists all kinds of information. They showed me the section on Celiac and also gave me a paper flyer on one of the products. They recommended Jarro-Dophilus enhanced Probiotic System. Does anyone on here use this or another brand? What are your views on it? They also mentioned adding Flax Seed Meal (powdered flax seed) to my food for more fiber. :-) In VA
