Guest guest
Hi , I struggled with writing and drawing for the 15 years prior to CCSVI. It looked as if a spider had crawled across the page. I re-taught myself to do both and since CCSVI it is even better. I started with drawing, focusing totally on the drawing and removing any other thoughts, making myself take in every little detail. From there I went to writing and would tell myself that each letter is only a drawing. It took forever. CCSVI treatment has made my vision much sharper plus the grip of a pencil is stronger. Hope you lose the judders soon but until then draw juddery pictures! Mine quietened down once they got use to it. Try exercises for the fingers either by flexing elastic bands or by using that stretchy yoga rubber material (therabands?). Janet To: mscured From: rachael.m.thomas@... I still struggle with writing or drawing - painting is a distant goal but I'm sure I'll conquer the juddering of my arms and hands a bit further down the track. Guest guest
Hi Janet The fingers aren't so much the source of the problem - my arms are the ones spasming and juddering most of the time. I've been able to write a lot more legibly since the procedure but it is a slow process....but is a lot better as I can actually guide the pen in a much more 'normal' manner. The whole humidity thing is also a huge factor and stops me from typing, writing and using my hands with accuracy - exercises aren't a combattant against the UK's ever-present humidity I'm afraid! It's cool - I carry on regardless as I'm too stubborn to give in! lol 'What we do in life, echoes through eternity.' MARCUS AURELIUS (121 - 180 A.D.) To: mscured From: janetorchard@... Guest guest
It's dry were I am and I have the same issues with arm control. I get headaches when the wind blows (which happens here a lot) or it rains. It's definitely sinus related in my case. > > > Hi Janet > The fingers aren't so much the source of the problem - my arms are the ones spasming and juddering most of the time. Guest guest
I draw lines of loops (sometimes the alphabet) because the motion of going up and down with my arms is my problem. Shaking the salt shaker back and forth is difficult for me as well so I practice with that too. > > > Hi , > I struggled with writing and drawing for the 15 years prior to CCSVI.
