hi jayne, yes i'm fine thanks but i now fear for the ldn that i started 02

december last year

am or pm dose also no amount small or large effects my neuro muscular leg

problems and sleep pattern so must give the ldn a break for a while, such a

shame after 6 months as expectations and hope can drive you on, but i have not

given up, although the liquid is open and will be past it's use my date soon

i'm lucky as can always get a scrip from my doc and source from dicksons within

3 days

the neuro pain [inside burning-up and electric shocks through the nerves] is

driving me insane and doc is insisting i must address this as a prority that

will also sort my sleep deprivation

he suggest this palexia sr as less side effects, em, we'll see

on baclofen but doc suggest tizanidine (brandnames zanaflex, sirdalud) is a drug

that is used as a muscle relaxant. it is a centrally acting α-2 adrenergic

agonist. it is used to treat the spasms, cramping, and tightness of muscles

caused by medical problems such as multiple sclerosis, spastic diplegia, back

pain, or certain other injuries to the spine or central nervous system. It is

also prescribed off-label for migraine headaches, as a sleep aid, and as an

anticonvulsant. It is also prescribed for some symptoms of fibromyalgia.[1]

yes i've gone on a bit but so frustrated at the moment
