Guest guest
Hello to everybody I am new on the group and this is my first post. First of all greetins to everybody. I made a little presentation on the group but due to problems with the program I can´t explain more about me, but I will try to share you my experiences with MS. I am following more or less Seignalet diet. I have made a search on the database and I didn´t find any question about him. The question is that Seignalet allow most of vegetables like soya but it seems that due to mimicry is not recommended. The question is that this doctor, with a lesser restrictive diet than for example Paleo diet found excelent figures in MS patients with 97% of improvement. What is your opinion/experience with soya? I used to eat organic soya everyday but I don´t know if continue with or to leave. Thanks and greetings from Hugo
Guest guest
Hi HugoI follow the best bet diet and soy is outlawed due to molecular mimicry and most health professionals don't push soy as a worthwhile product these days. Due to recommendations of such doctors and the BBD, I don't consume soy at all anymore.I'm sure some of the other members will give you a deeper and more detailed outline on this one - just thought I'd say 'Hi' and wish you luck with sorting out with what you want to do. Guest guest
Thank you and :  I have stopped eating soya and I am feeling better. I have the same problems with tomato. It seems really lectins are not appropiate to our diet.  My best regards  Hugo De: Para: mscured Enviado: miércoles 22 de junio de 2011 16:41 Asunto: Re: Seignalet diet  Soy isn't good on any diet! It's goitrogenic and screws up your thyroid. Neither is canola oil (rapeseed oil recommended on this diet) and can you please explain how a caveman knew to cook his food below 110 degrees. Some of this diet mirrors BBD and some the raw food dogma but just like everything else there is no perfect solution. The best thing that I ever did was to stop buying food at the grocery store. > > > Hi HugoI follow the best bet diet and soy is outlawed due to molecular mimicry and most health professionals don't push soy as a worthwhile product these days.
