Guest guest
Joanne Wow, I couldn't have said it better myself! I still get the valsalva induced headaches when coughing sneezing and especially when I laugh. I just happen to be one of those people who laughs alot! You are right about the stares from people as you are holding onto your head for dear life. Though, as you say, I am better off having had the surgery than if I hadn't. Headaches have always been a problem with me, the migrane type, sinus and then the dreaded valsalva type. The headaches that I get today involve the whole head, ears, neck, jaw, teeth, eyes, you name it! Still, I would also have the surgery again, and consider myself to be one of the many " success stories " . A pain free day to all!
