Guest guest
Ladies, Val, I have been on HC and Armour for almost a year. I am doing okay but recently, in the last 2 months I have a tremendous amount of cellulite on my thighs. All new..... Could it be a T3 or estrogen problem. Anyone have any opinions ? Val, do you have cellulite? I hate it! Grateful,
Guest guest
I have always had some degree of cellulite but since I've been on T3 only it has diminished considerably. I have also been taking BHRT--Bi-Est cream for about a year or so as well. Not sure if the improvement is thyroid or estrogen related. I do know that it seems like I have noticed the change since the T3. Maybe Val or others will know. Guest guest
So I have in my arms and legs these fat globs is all I can call them; lumpy but not cellulite. Guest guest
Cellulite looks like orange peel or cottage cheese. This looks like big grapes under the skin that feels like fat. The only way I can describe it. Venizia > > > > > So I have in my arms and legs these fat globs is all I can call them; lumpy > > but not cellulite. Guest guest
I do, too, but they kind of come and go. Some I know are fatty tumors and they are always there, but the others I just figured with cellulite. No dr has ever answered what they are. Guest guest
Cellulite, mucin and fattyu tumors can all be reduced or eleiminated with proper thyroid levels. I knwo people do nto kliek it when I use animals as a comparison, btu I will do it anyway.. My hypothy5oid cat had horrible BUIG fatty tumnors on his neck 2 years ago. that was hen I switched him to T3 onyl from Thyroid-S. He now has NONE. It took about 3 months on T3 to eliminate them. Though he is still a fatty, he has none of the bulging or lumpy fats he used to have. If you want to read about MUCIN read Dr Starr's book HNypothyroidism Type 2. Very good book! My own mucin kevels are almost gone though I stil have some cellulite it si much reduced from a couple years ago. I dothink testosterone and IGF-1 injections have helped mine though along with the T3. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
I did buy that book and lent it to someone before I finished it. I will have to get that book back. Also my son has those fatty tumors on his forearms. I they only caused by hypoT? I do not think he has thyroid issues. Mine are not fatty tumors. I do not even want to wear sleeveless or shorts...no way. Venizia > > Cellulite, mucin and fattyu tumors can all be reduced or eleiminated > with proper thyroid levels.
