Guest guest
I take the calcium carbonate/magnesium oxide capsule that comes with the prescription of Prokarin. I've had to cut back on the dosage as I take less than a whole disc of Prokarin. It's extremely constipating but taking an extra mg. oxide cap solves the problem. The issue is that doses of things are being prescribed without knowing the whole situation and getting the right amounts and providing the right cofactors is trial and error. The more we try the more errors we make! Hopefully, one of these days we will stumble (so to speak) on the solution! > > > > Very much looking forward to hearing how it goes.I've just got her book today and can't put it down, it really does make " cents " but I know you and I are good on new things for a while then they tail off.I too had the same with the Hans Nieper ca/mg/K - great to start with, then nothing. Also today I got my calcium, magnesium capsules that had been held up. Wonderful, I swam for hours, did 3 km without cramp.JanetTo: mscured
