Guest guest
Faith I am sure that it could be if put into an item such as a lotion that is going to be left on the skin. But according to Lawless, there is a possibility it can be phototoxic " although it has not been demonstrated decisively " . And Wanda Sellar in her Directory of Essential oils states.. " Could be phototoxic and care should be taken not to expose the skin to strong sunlight after treatment. " I would think in an item such as soap the " danger " is washed away for the most part after rinsing. I would tend to keep it out of body lotions though.
