I thought I was already on a restrictive diet as I have already given up all wheat, gluten, and maltodextrin. This is all new to me. Some days, I am just happy to be able to get something down as I have a choking problem. Not sure how this is going to work. But, it seems to make sense, somehow. Has anyone had experience with this?
