Guest guest
I have always felt the same. Strangely when I am overtired when I have been here and there, I get it too.My time seems to be 2 a.m., I could set a watch on it. http://www.teachhealth.com/chemmess.htmlThis explains it a bit (ignore the bit trying to sell something).JanetTo: mscured From: laura.laurapino@... I have a theory that my body produces some substance in the evening that helps, but not sure what it is. I am looking for ideas now, so I can try taking more of it. Whatever it is! Guest guest
Hi Yes, at some stages of my 'MS' journey, I've fared better at night.I've always been a bit of a 'night-owl' though, so not sure what the connection is. Guest guest
Wow, my neuro treated me like I was NUTS when I told him I was suddenly better at night ! I never heard anyone else say that - but earlier in my progress I actually went up & down stairs at 11 pm. I always thought it was because the kids were in bed ! If that means our disease causes are similar I did A LOT better on Prokarin at about the same time ( sadly thats not true anymore) but you should give it a try, good luck ~
Guest guest
I talked with Elaine DeLack about why Prokarin works for awhile and stops for some people and she told me about a version called " enhanced " Prokarin that contains the enzymes necessary to break down histamine. I'm going to try it because I feel like it's possible to get histamine overload in the stage of MS that I have. Sometimes using less has been more beneficial to me and skipping a day once in awhile has also returned me to the level of improvement that I was having. I had a similar experience with cal/mg/pot eap. > > Wow, my neuro treated me like I was NUTS when I told him I was suddenly better

Guest guest
Hi All! I should have been more clear, I wake up doing okay and it lasts most of the morning, go downhill through the afternoon, once in a while I get a second wind around 7 pm. Usually I'm fading by 8 and asleep by 9 (used to be asleep by 8 so slightly better now) but once in a while I'm vastly improved in the night. I think I'll just take it as it comes and appreciate grace as I get it. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences! > I find that once in a while I do better at night--better walking, balance, hand control. >> Pino >
