Guest guest
Okay, first, I want to thank everyone for welcoming me and encouraging me about his plan. Being on the low fat plan for 3 years and then changing to this one where I can have Olive Oil and red meat is a major change for me and I hope you can all understand why I'm scared to change plans but everyone seems very helpful and I think I can do it with your help. I will try the library today to see if it's there, if not, I'm going to Sam's Club, maybe I can find it there cheap. I have a few questions, if I want to make a hamburger from chop meat, how much should I use of the meat and is there anything I can eat it on or for now I just have to cut it up? I love sunflower seeds and I know I can have 1 oz. Does anyone know how many, with the shells on, equals 1 oz? I'm starting to get excited about this. I have my husbands x-mas party in Dec. and I've gained 34 pounds since they saw me last year so I want to do the best I can to get close to that. Any tips for losing it steadily? I guess I should eat as many veggies as I can. Any more tips or advice you can give me, I'd love. Thanks again, Donna__________________________________________________
