Guest guest
I'm a newby to this board. Have afib, but is in remission. I forgot the term, but I think that it was conversion. In any event, am taking 80mg Sotalol twice a day, 10mg Norvasc and 5mg coumidin. With little effort I am exhausted. Is anyone else experienceing this? Guest guest
Hi , I used to take 50 mg a day of atenolol. They raised it to 75mg one time and it floored me. They put it back down to 50 mg and it was ok, not great but ok. My EP later suggested I drop the atenolol and try a calcium channel blocker. I did and it was a big difference. They put me on 120 mg of Cartia, I don't know the actual drug name . Sorry. But the fatigue disappeared. I take the drug for high blood pressure, until the weight comes off. 40 lbs. lost in 2003 and 40 to go. Happy New Year Rich O
Guest guest
- What is your heart rate? The times I've felt that way, my heart rate was very fast. Well over 100 beats per minute. Of course, it could also be your meds. The only one of yours I've taken is coumadin, and that should not be causing your problem. Others in this group will no doubt be able to address the others.
