Guest guest
This is true. Plus I dont have much time. There afraid its going to rupture before they get it out. I was told if I have any sharp pains get to the emergancy room right away and call the doctor. Even if there was another here I could use, it takes a while to get a refferal approved, then get the surgery approved by a new doctor. If I want to change doctors Id have about a 2 hour drive to get one. Im 2 hours from los angeles, ca Fran Subject: RE: Re: help~ surgery > If you would look carefully, her insurance contracts with a limited number of physicians in her town, and this is the only one who can do this type of operation. Guest guest
I totally agree. Get a new doctor if at all possible. I wouldn't trust that doctor operating on me. I too am a large woman and have had 8 surgeries over the years (including a laparascopic one). If the doctor doesn't have any more respect for a person than that, he shouldn't be in the medical field! IMHO.. maralee **** ****I would refuse surgery under the care of that physician, ****PERIOD!
