Guest guest
I don't remember where I got it. Since I can't add files to the group, is it acceptable for me to attach a Word document to a group email? It says to use salad dressings with less than 3 grams of sugar per serving. I also found no carb/no fat salad dressing made by Walden Farms (Caesar & Honey Dijon) that is so good with no after taste. Had the nasty food poisoning from he77 that trashed my gut, then followed soon after with the bronchitis from he77[twice]. Then my kids all got seriously ill [strep with visits to ER], chicken pox [with the child that was not immunized], parents and hubby finally moved down here [they sold their house and DH was helping them do so, and also our house went for sale at the same time too]. Then, when my folks [who are over 70, half deaf and half blind and partially handicapped]showed up, I had to spend all my time [besides my own 3 kids needs and illnesses, and my own]helping them get into a rental house, set them up, and basically drive everywhere with them to show them how to find things around here in metro Phoenix. OKAY!!! NOW!! I think I can start SBD AGAIN! My DH starts trucking school this monday, for 3 solid weeks, I have to make MORE box lunches! Hopefully, his school lunch room will have a microwave so he can heat up leftovers from dinners. I will also get down to the gym and straighten my membership out--it went bonkers cuz they messed up my payment options. OK finally to my question at hand: I've printed out the P1 lists from here, and realized that I don't see any options regarding SALAD dressings: what are you all doing? On the Zone diet I was allowed to use a simple oil/vinegar or lemon juice and oil, or mayo based [in moderation of course, not drowning the salads, lol] dressings. I plan to do this on SBD. Where is the list of seasonings/condiments for this diet?? __________________________________________________
