Guest guest
Hey, this is the place to vent! You gave your body a whopper of a workout, even though you did rest and all. Unless you can sleep or nearly so for a good day or two (and with children is that possible?) it's tough to get over. Sounds like it gave you a whopper of a flare up. I know when I'm having problems my amazing amount of patience that I used to have in spades can disappear. I have difficulties not losing patience with students now, very unpleasant. I wonder where the real me went at these times. If you can take some valium and get a whole day's rest it just might help. If you can't get that, cold medicine with pain and antihistamine with a decongestant might work to help you get some rest. Take care and warm hugs, Jane _____ From: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group [mailto:Fibromyalgia_Support_Group ] On Behalf Of sbarothy35 Subject: Feeling HORRIBLE Hello everyone I don't even know where to start with this one. I was super nice this past weekend and helped my cousin move into her new house. I was over there from 10 Sat morning until about 10p that night We were not moving all day long and I made sure I took breaks but every since that day I have not be able to get anything done. I am completeley wiped out It feels liks someone has just sucked all the energy out of me. I did take my Vistrol that night just cause I was feeling bad and could not sleep and I thought this might just got for a day but this is the second day and I am not any better. Please any advice would great. Yesterday I sit around and cried and then hollared at my kids when they didn't do something the way I thought it should be done It is like living with a monster that you never know when they are going to come out of the closet.
