The information at this link also has supplement recommendations. I already take zinc and I am happy to know that, besides balancing my zinc/copper ratio, zinc is a priority for the production of meletonin. She explains why here. BBD proponents won't like this information. I wouldn't have either when I was stuck in the raw food dogma house! I eat red meat and butter every day, few unsaturated fats and low carbs.
