Guest guest
Sesame Seed variety Organic sprouted grains (wheat, barley, millet), malted barley, organic sprouted lentils, soybeans, spelt, filtered water, yeast, sea salt, organic unhulled sesame seeds Looks to me like there are several sources of gluten that would trouble anyone with CD. Carrot Raisin Manna Bread from Nature's Path has sprouted organic wheat kernals in it. I'll check the other flavors next time I go to the store. Those are the only companies making flourless breads I'm aware of. It's too bad the flourless breads aren't GF. I wonder if it would be worth it to try and make a GF recipe from other sprouts? You can contact Food For Life Baking Co., in California, at (909)279-5090 or www.food-for-life.com and ask them to consider making a GF bread. All they can say is no. dawne
