I was surprised the other day when my computer started making weird noises, and crashed and burned. I sent it in for repairs, but the cost of repairs was as much as a new one, so I got a new one!

today, invited an old friend to join us, and one of the kid's friends happened by as we were leaving, so

he came too, and we escaped to the Pacific shore. It was glowing at gale force out there, so it cleared our brains of cobwebs, and filled out lungs with cold, fresh, foggy air, and froze our toes, and

made us all over new for a few hours. Wonderful day of eating fish and chips, walking the beach,

taking all the kids to the ice cream parlor, and then letting them all play outside until it was really

dark tonight. Pure, summer, kidtime fun. I'll probably pay for it tomorrow, but tonight is sure feels

like a happy day was had by all in this house. Hope you all have as good a day tomorrow. Love, MM

fairly nice halo will show up in a box. Truth really is stranger

a C. If you remember right, I gave you your halo...that's the

only way a person can come by one honestly. Even the ones in cracker

jack boxes were put there by someone who knew exactly who the person

would be that would be eating those cracker jacks.

Somebody may tell you they came by there's in a dishonest way, but

thing is if you do then at night when you go to sleep it will

disapear. My friend who taught me about Cloud Parties (I'm being

serious here) told me that I worried too much about everything and

99% of it was stuff I was powerless over and that maybe if I could

learn to 'turn my worries over' into the hands of someone who could

do something about it I'd quit being so frustrated and angry and

maybe sleep. She was right - I figured I had to worry and find a

solution to everything or someone might be upset with me, or we might

be tight on funds for the month, etc., or 'my halo might melt.' All

the worries, fears, anger, frustration, etc. were wrapped up tightly

into a simbolic(sp) thought of my halo melting. A 'good angel' would

NEVER allow her halo to melt. Well, I'm afraid mine has melted on

more than one occasion and I had to find someone who would give me a

new one. Remember talking about OZ and the " I'm melting, I'm

melting? " Melting is a sure fire way of making a halo disapear. I

thought about saying something then, but decided to wait. Sure made

me smile.

Barb, I'm not too sure the boys would agree with you on that, but they seem to like it here most of

the time. Work time today was a struggle, though, because we ran out of meds for them, and they

had three days off over the holiday weekend. Hard to get back in the swing for adults, much less

teens and preteens. They did pretty good, though. Hugs, MM
