I've been back on SBD trying to do Phase 1, but not always being

strict with the limits, for 3 days and I've lost 3 lbs! I though

sure I wouldn't lose today, because I had about a bit more nuts than

are allowed, and a bit bigger yoghurt dessert than allowed, but I

lost anyway. I've also probably had 3 cups milk/day instead of 2 -

but I've had no fruit or bread. The only thing is today I'm really

light headed, however, I haven't spent an excess amount of time in

the bathroom, and am drinking plenty of water. I guess I need to

just do Phase 1.5 since I am so close to goal weight! I want to get

the last 2 lbs off hopefully before Christmas and if not then, in

January.
