Guest guest
Hi ; We chose 'Carlson Super Omega-3' becuase it seemed like it was a very pure brand nad had a good ratio of EPA:DHA (3:2). I don't know as much about this disease complex as I would like to; but I subscribe to the general idea that anything that one can do nutritionally to slow inflammatary processes might prolong the life of the liver and colon in PSC/UC. Fish oils seem to be a nutritional supplement that has many positive attributes. ; I was interested in your post on Fred's alkaline phosphatase being unusually low, and that Fred has been on fish oils for many years. Thanks for posting this information. I hope he has finished painting the house and is no longer spending his time on top of a ladder. Your poem about Fred in the newsletter was extremely witty, and I hope that you can continue to contribute. We'd love to have another one of your masterpieces! Best regards, Dave (father of (20); PSC 07/03; UC 08/03)
