Howdy; please help me figure things out

Howdy. I'm Glenn from WA state, and I'm seeing my doctor next week to

set the date for my WLS. I'm new to this group. Can someone help me

understand how this works? For example, when I respond " reply " to

someone's email, does it get posted for everyone to read, or just go to

that person? How can I respond just to the person? What are the

" do's " and " don'ts " of participating in this group. Any advice and

guidance would be greatly appreciated. I've joined a few different

groups, so please pardon any repetitions. Thanks. I'll look forward to

hearing back from you.
