But that is still too low for both so more Armoru. I think you will adjust but, sounds like you are having low adrenal symptoms. Remember that your body got used to the extra Cortisol and sometimes it can take months for all symptoms to go away. I posted this info. about a week ago. Some people adjust easier and some it takes more time. You and I seem to react the same with lowering HC. Hang in there! BTW, if you are on Sea Salt and the diarrhea started soon after, you may want to reduce your Sea Salt for a while. Some people " herx " from Sea Salt since it is has Anti-Bacterial Properties.......any type of virus/bacteria in your system will slowly get killed by Sea Salt, given time. But, you have to go slow. Just an added benefit of the Sea Salt! :0) Also, you may want to take any vitamin/suppliment that strengthens Adrenals. B-vitamins, Vit. C, Sea Salt, magnesium etc....while you are going thru this. If, the diarrhea becomes more severe and vomiting etc.....you could be having an addisonian crisis which include: sudden penetrating pain in the lower back, abdomen, or legs severe vomiting and diarrhea dehydration low blood pressure loss of consciousness So, if you get more sick as time progresses, I would consider going back on a small dose of HC. I know you stated you testes normal/high Cortisol but, didn't you say that you took some HC during the testing? Not sure your results were accurate then. Also, did you get your ACTH tested this week? Did you get your results yet? Lastly, my allergies have gotten worse since lowering my HC recently. So, that too could be why you are experiencing the post nasel drip lately.....all of that is related to your Adrenals. Hope you feel better soon!
