Guest guest
Hi Kaylene, You know, I've never had a problem with sleeping...though I definitely attribute that to Star Trek: TNG; it does wonders to putting me to sleep at night. Oh, and also to growing up with animals, and having cats. Now if you grow up with cats running around your head at all hours, nothing wakes you up really. During the day, that's another story. I wouldn't say I get fatigued during the day necessarily (depends on the day), but most days when I get home from work, I become practically useless. I attribute it to the opioid pain medication and not getting enough exercise. Ever since I was a kid it felt like a normal night's sleep for me was 10 hours. It's definitely challenging for me as an adult to only regularly get 7-8 hours. But I can't complain I don't know how my pain disorder doesn't affect my sleep, but it doesn't,in that I am lucky. Cheers! -Crystal >Kaylene wrote: > Hi Crystal > Do you have chronic fatigue syndrome? Do you get enough sleep? It might be a good idea to have these checked out. A sleep disorder would certainly cause many of these feelings.
