Press pulverized english walnuts thinly into a pie pan for the crust. 1 envelope of sugar free jello (or unflavored gelatin for vanilla flavor cheesecake) & dissolve in 1/3 cup of water) splenda to taste (I use 2 packets) 2 - 8 oz packages of lowfat cream cheese 1/3 c. no fat half n half 1/3 c. water added to the cheese mix & this is in addition to the water used to dissolve the jello 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix these ingredients well & pour into the walnut crust & refrigerate until it sets. ..·´¨¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨))((¸¸.·´ ..·´ Sue -:¦:--:¦:- ((¸¸.·´ -:¦:- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
