I am new here, and have not been formally diagnosed with CD. I do have

IBS, but the CD bloodwork came back negative, as it did on several of

my kids who I feel also have CD symptoms. I understand this is fairly

common, which is discouraging. Anyway, I am doing my best now to follow

a GFCF diet, and I'm transitioning my kids to one as well. Even without

a " label " , I feel I know what's best for us, so I'm just going on the

assumption that this is what we need to do to feel better.

I wish there were more GFCF ready made options out there for us busy

moms! I could sure use a ready made pie crust, Goldfish-type cracker,

Ritz-type cracker, Club-type cracker, and ice cream cone that didn't

cost a fortune!

Anyway, I'm here to learn all I can from those of you who have " been

there " . Marilyn
