Guest guest
Val My blood sugar has never been this high before. I have been getting attacks' for over a year now, at 4:00 or 5:00 I get really sleepy and take a nap and wake up in an hour with pounding heart. I assumed it was due to low cortisol. I decided to check my blood sugar and it was very high (for me). Way over 100. All this time I thought the heart pounding was a symptom of adrenals. What symptoms do you get with high blood sugar? How high can sugar be till it is too high. I have never been more than between 60-106. Thanks, -- Re: Weaning down HC Val, I have taken in 3 ferel kitties in the past 3 years. NONE of them will eat canned food. Even the $$$$ stuff. They only want dry food. The cheap stuff at that. The first kitty that I took in lost a leg to a cayote while laying by my backdoor the night before Xmas. I heard her, it was heart wrenching. Needless to say, we broke the bank paying vet bills for her. She is now the most spoiled 3 legged kitty on the earth.
