I didn't even get to the bedtime pills tonight. Why am I fine during the day and then awful at night? I ate a few sunflower seeds right before it started tonight. For dinner, I had part of a grilled chicken sandwich at Mc's and 1 french fry. My pouch feels sore when food goes into it, like it's been through a war battle and needs a big rest.
